Project Haiti, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation registered in the State of Idaho. Our application for recognition as a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code has been submitted to the IRS and is currently pending. Upon approval, tax-deductible status for donations received prior to that approval will apply retroactively for all donations received.
